Trees Planted Just in time for Arbor Day

Just in time for Arbor Day, precision agriculture and horticulture and golf course management students planted 100 nut and fruit trees and shrubs on Northeast Community College’s Urban Agriculture Farm. The farm is located on a 10-acre strip on the east side of N. Victory Road. In addition to applied research projects, community members, after school programs and others will make use of the urban farm in the future.
