Northeast Hosts Cover Crop Field Day

Schieffer was one of several students and others who spoke during the College’s annual Cover Crop Field Day recently on the Northeast farm in Norfolk. Producers, members of the public and Northeast students attended. Other speakers included Jacob Ness, western Iowa field manager for the Soil Health Partnership, and Jerry and Cindy Glaser, Spalding. The day was sponsored by Northeast, in conjunction with the Nebraska Corn Growers Association.
